TR's Sustainability Policy sets out our commitments towards our stakeholders and the principles that guide our environmental, governance and social performance.

Our Sustainability Policy establishes the general principles and the basis of the Técnicas Reunidas Group’s sustainable development strategy, with the aim of ensuring that all our corporate and operational activities are carried out in a way that promotes the creation of value in the long and short term for all Técnicas Reunidas stakeholders, such as employees, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, business partners, public administrations, sector associations, the communities in which the Group is present, shareholders, organizations with which the company collaborates and society in general, thus promoting the values of sustainable development, business partners, public administrations, sector associations, communities in which the Group is present, shareholders, organizations with which the company collaborates and society in general, thus promoting the values of sustainability and favoring the achievement of Sustainable Development Objectives, particularly those in which Técnicas Reunidas can make a more significant contribution.

Human Rights Policy

The Human Rights Policy has been developed taking into account the fundamental guarantees of the people residing in all the countries where TR operates.  The company takes into account the local legislation of each area, always considering human rights and carrying out risk prevention and mitigation actions.

Supply chain

Efficient management of the supply chain involves the coordination of different Técnicas Reunidas groups, which ensure the third party competitiveness, in order to improve the quality of the product offered to the end-customer. In addition, we make sure to perform a due diligence analysis to verify the sustainable and ethical approach, thus demonstrating our regulatory and sustainability commitment.

Respect for Human Rights and Workers' Rights

Our commitment to respect Human Rights is firm, and for this reason we carry out our activities taking as a reference the values and principles of the United Nations Global Compact, to which we are adhered as one of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

We do not accept any discrimination in the work or professional environment for reasons of age, race, color, sex, religion, political opinion, nationality, social origin, disability, sexual orientation or any other circumstance that could lead to discrimination.

We are committed to respecting workers’ rights and express our total rejection of child labor, forced or compulsory labor, as well as any form of labor exploitation. In addition, we provide a safe, healthy and organized work environment to prevent accidents or injuries.

These conditions must also be met by the companies contracted by different areas of the group, thus complying with Técnicas Reunidas’ due diligence.
