Técnicas Reunidas renews Top Employer Spain 2026 certification

Técnicas Reunidas has renewed its Top Employer Spain 2026 certification for the third consecutive year, recognizing the strength of its people policies and its firm commitment to excellence in talent management. The certification is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, a global organization with more than 30 years of experience dedicated to identifying companies that achieve the highest standards in people management and talent development.

The certification process is based on a comprehensive audit — the HR Best Practices Survey — which assesses organizational practices across key areas such as:
