Sustainalytics improves the rating of Técnicas Reunidas

Técnicas Reunidas has strengthened its sustainability performance by achieving a score of 18.2 in Sustainalytics’ ESG assessment based on 2025 data, improving on the results obtained in previous years (19.1 in 2024 and 22.3 in 2023) and consolidating a positive trend in the management of environmental, social, and corporate governance criteria.

According to Sustainalytics’ methodology, a lower score indicates a lower level of ESG risk. With this rating, the Company remains within the “low” risk category, reinforcing its position in the sector. The report also highlights Técnicas Reunidas’ ability to effectively manage ESG risks through robust policies, practices, and programs – a particularly relevant aspect given the level of exposure associated with its activities. This recognition strengthens the confidence of investors, ESG analysts, and other stakeholders in the Company’s sustainability strategy and responsible management.
